VILLA PRICES:

The following prices are for your self-catering villa. They do not include travel or car hire.

Villa Seeka  

May and October                              £390 per week

June and September                       £560 per week

July and August                                £730 per week

November to End of April                £200 per week        During these winter months Villa Seeka can also be rented for longer term.  

 

 

Villa Elya

May and October                              £450 per week

June and September                       £650 per week

July and August                                £850 per week

 Please note that Villa Elya prices are per week for 2 people. Please add £50 per head per week for every extra person (up to a total of 6 in the villa).

 

During July and August changeover day is Sunday and we prefer this at other times as well. However, we will try to accommodate a different day if possible.

At other times we can be flexible and offer a day rate, just contact us with your requirements.

Villa Seeka will be available for long term rental during the low season-please contact us with your requirements.

 

Booking Information

All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 20%. We will invoice you for the balance 4 weeks before your holiday, this can be paid in two ways, either on receipt of the invoice directly into our bank account, or in euros on your arrival. If you wish to make a booking within 4 weeks of arrival, please contact us and we will accommodate you if possible. In this case, a deposit of 20% will be required immediately, plus the balance if paying by bank transfer. Alternatively you can pay the balance in euros on your arrival.
